Mr. Fusco is retired, he previously concentrated his practice in corporate law litigation and real estate taxation. He had practiced as a defense trial attorney for more than twenty-five years representing various insurance carriers and the Chicago Transit Authority. Mr. Fusco had also lectured on election laws at Northwestern University.
